Price quoted is subjected to GST and a 50% deposit is required before production commences.
You may make an appointment with us at our office to work out the sizing and material before placing an order with us. We can show you samples of different plastic bags for your reference. Do bring along dimensions of the items to be placed in the bag. The Pantone colour to be printed can also be selected at our office.
In simple terms, HDPE is the non-glossy material used in the production of supermarket grocery bags. It is cheaper than LDPE and commonly chosen by our clients. LDPE is the smooth and glossy plastic material.
Sure! An oxo-biodegradable additive will be added into the bags during production to make it biodegradable.
Lead time is 4-5 weeks upon artwork approval. To avoid a rush and unexpected delays, do plan for the bags at least 2 months in advance to allow time for design and artwork changes.
The higher the ink coverage, the higher the cost of the bags. Additional colours also add on to the cost. To lower the cost, opt for single sided printing with one colour only, keeping the design simple to reduce ink coverage.
No. M.O.Q. is based on a single size only as a minimum volume is required for production of each size of bags.
The M.O.Q. for bags medium size (approx. A4 size) and above will be 10,000 pieces. The M.O.Q. for smaller bags will be calculated based on size and thickness.
As the plastic bags require a minimum critical volume before mass production can begin, we are unable to meet any requests for quantity below 10,000 pcs. If you require only a small quantity, do consider ordering our ready-made plastic bags!
As the plastic bags are mass produced, there will definitely be a variance in colour and quantity of the bags produced, of up to 10% which is an industry norm. This is stated clearly in all our quotations which will be agreed to and endorsed by the client. For e.g. for an order of 10,000 bags, 9,500 or 10,500 might be produced. As much as possible, we will try our best to minimise the difference. The final invoice will be billed according to the actual quantity produced.
Yes! We do provided storage of balance stocks for our customers in our warehouse; however the request has to be made earlier upfront. The full payment for the entire batch of goods must be made upfront before the delivery for the first batch.
As the bags are mass produced in a single setting, we are usually unable to separate the batches of bags to be delivered for small orders.
Yes! To keep cost low, we can mass produce a greater quantity of bags and balance stocks can be kept at Allswell’s warehouse. Upon request, each batch of goods will be delivered to the location of choice. We will keep track when stocks run low and advise for subsequent batches of production.
No. As the plastic bags are mass produced in a single setting, we are unable to produce a single piece for checking. However the softcopy of artwork of the bag which includes the size, location of handles etc will be emailed for approval before production commences. The colour accuracy will be based on the Pantone colours given to us.
Order and Payment
For first time buyers, kindly email us the items required and we can quote you the price. You may proceed to order via email. We will email you the e-invoice for preparation of payment via bank transfer or cash/cheque upon delivery.
We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer and PayNow via our UEN. For Institutions, we accept payment by GIRO as well.
For ready stocks, payment will be C.O.D.
For customised bags, 50% deposit is payable upon order confirmation and balance C.O.D. upon completion of bags.
We are registered with GeBiz and Vendors@Gov and will invoice your institution via this platform. We are also a supplier with Ariba Network.
Yes we are a GST Registered Supplier.
For stocks that are in supply, e.g. trash bags and plain carrier bags, lead time will be 1 – 4 working days.
Delivery is free for orders above $250; else $25 delivery fee applies. Self-collection at our office can be arranged.
